CONSTRUCTION AT WILLOW CREEK HAS CREATED FLOODING IN BACK YARD. G&S PROMISED TO PUT IN A DRAINAGE DITCH. I CALLED MRS. MORRIS AND EXPLAINED THAT G&S WERE BEING HELD ACCOUNTABLE FOR COMPLETING THE DRAINAGE DITCH AND THEY WOULD NO LONGER BE ABLE TO OBTAIN A PERMIT FOR FURTHOR DEVELOPEMENT UNTIL THEY COMPLETED THE DRAINAGE DITCH.

There is a large pile of sand and gravel that has accumulated on the street in front of my home. During the recent storm the gravel covered the storm drain causing street flooding.
