Homeless encampment behind the Comcast building, behind 621 N. Adams, trash throughout area, caller said city posted notices to the effect that the city would clean up area (over a year ago) and has not been cleaned up.

Craters on the west side of the RR tracks need filled. Also, near the intersection of Fountain Dr & W 11th St there is a utility repair cut that needs permanently repaired. It is currently filled with gravel and settling.
