I have been requesting that the City remove a very large, dead, Ash tree for over a year and a half. I have been put off and put off. Finally, I was told that it would be removed in November. It is now almost the end of January and it is still there and continues to drop limbs. As I have said over and over, I plan to be building in the Spring in range of the tree. Should it fall, it would seriously damage part of my new construction. I have diligently been trying to be proactive about this to avoid having to go through making repairs, filing claims, etc. Could someone please remove this tree and stump? I have already said that I am more than happy to reseed the area myself. I just need the tree removed and the stump ground.

excessively loud brakes on sanitation trucks. Loud screeching is extremely annoying and waking up everyone way too early. We are paying higher taxes & utility rates thanks to this mayor. Now we get a rude awakening from the trash collectors. Please properly maintain equipment. New brakes for trash trucks is the least that could be done with all the new taxes.

Eastbound 2nd st/left turn intersection us37 north. People are running red light as if they are in eastbound 2nd st lane when they are in the left turn lane. You have four traffic signals, two for left turn and two for eastbound. There should only be three and the people are confused on the lanes to go eastbound.There are a lot of last minute decsions being made that potential could lead to wrecks.Traffic signs,markings,lights are needed as well as engineering of interesection.

I was crossing walnut and miller drive light today on my walk signal when a city of Bloomington trash truck nearly ran me over. If I hadn't jumped back in time I would be dead right now. I had the right of way as it was at the crosswalk on the walk signal. They never even slowed down. I am requesting if there is any surveillance of this light if it could be looked at around 12:30pm on 5/27. I was too shook up to get a number or anything from the truck but I feel this is something that should be brought up to the drivers of the truck that they need to look out for legally crossing pedestrians.
