Mr. Hayford is concerned about the speed of drivers in the Southdowns/Jordan Ave. area. He says a lot of people walk in the area, especially to Bryan Park. Also, his 5 yr. old daughter walks w/ her daycare program with other young children through this area every day. "This is an accident waiting to happen." Mrs. Curry would like to have No Parking on both sides of Azalea Lane from Highland Avenue to Erin Court. The subdivision covenants/restrictions prohibit parking on the street but is not effective. The street is too narrow to have parking and through traffic.

There is a problem on South Maxwell Street just South of Hillside Drive. When there are cars parked on both sides of Maxwell it is difficult to pull off of Hillside Drive and get through. She has been blocked and told to go around the block to access her home. It is dangerous because you do not know the cars are there until you are half way onto Maxwell Street.
