Unbelievable! The walk to the Alpha Phi front door was nicely shoveled and sprinkled with salt, but both of the walks along Third Street and Atwater were completely uncleared. Other houses are the same--please fine and force these sororities and fraternities to follow the law.

The entire sidewalk in front of the Vivo Apartments was never shoveled. On Monday afternoon (three days ago), I observed THREE members of the Vivo grounds crew, as they cleared the Vivo parking lot and entrances to the building. They could have easily cleared the public sidewalk too, but they did not. This is not the first time this winter for Vivo to ignore the requirement to clear sidewalks. Home has been abandoned for years and has had windows / doors opened sometimes for months at a time. Actively smells when it is hot out. Trash in the backyard and overgrown foliage around the property which has led to an excess of pests.
No one ca get their cars out nor even leave the parking lot. Street is also poorly plowed. Didn’t know if this was an apartment problem or city. So hopefully this can get solved
There is a hole (currently marked by an empty coke box) in the alley way between Bunger & Robertson and the 4th Street Parking Garage.
Mailbox obstruction by city snow removal service. We have not had mail service since the roads were plowed on Jan 26th.
My trash at 901 W 11th Street was skipped this morning. As was the trash next door at 903 W 11th Street. My other neighbors’ trash was collected so not sure why we were skipped.
Snow completely blocking sidewalks. Same culprits every year: N. Washington: 800, 805, 811, 812, 820 N. Lincoln: 800, 803 E. Cottage Grove: 301
The alley between my house and the fire station has not been plowed, causing multiple cars getting stuck. I had to get my car towed yesterday and am unable to park there as of now. I was curious if this could be cleared.
