Serious reoccurring noise + drug complaint. The residents that live behind us in building F are out every night on their basement patio anywhere from 12am-2am with big groups of people (all adults ages 35+) smoking weed and being over the top loud. I would not be reporting if it was a one time issue. It is every single night and most mornings around 6am as well. Our office is not open over the long weekend to issue a noise complaint through them, and we do not have any kind of security service to call which is why I am reporting here. If this message doesn’t get through, I will call Bloomington police tomorrow and make a more official statement. I asked these residents nicely to try and keep it down but they refused. My address is listed, the address of the offenders is 1426 N kinser pike. I am not totally sure the apartment number but it is 3 doors in from the far right side of the F building if you are looking at it from the parking lot. Thanks, hoping to hear back.

Had to ramp up and down each floor of the garage up to 5th due to festival, game, etc overloading area with vehicles. No elevator in service for months. When will this be fixed? That is unacceptable for lack of accessibility in the Morton garage.

Trash hasn’t been picked up for two weeks as resident doesn’t understand what is trash and what is recycling. Trash bags are not closed.

At 12:30pm today the manhole cover was off an opening at Kirkwood and Rogers, northwest corner in the utility easement.

The street light at 17th and Woodlawn is intermittently skipping eastbound & westbound traffic. The northbound/southbound light will turn green, yellow, red, then immediately back to green - not allowing eastbound/westbound traffic to move. Traffic often sits through 3-4 cycles before getting a green light.

Utility cut has sinking causing a dip I can’t believe that with all the City vehicles that are in the area that this has to be reported. Maybe the City should have a system for employees to report issues do the public doesn’t have to. This way it can be taken care of sooner.

Heading north from the intersection of 6th and Madison, the first turn in on the right where the asphalt meets the concrete is pitted and uneven. The issue was remedied previously and it was greatly appreciated. However, it has worn down over time again and is causing issues as we need a smooth surface to roll over. Any help filling this in and making the asphalt level with the concrete would be greatly appreciated. Please see my contact info for more details if the picture and description are insufficient. Abandoned old white vehicle in driveway. The previous report was closed but action has not been taken. The car has been sitting in driveway for YEARS. There is tree growth around the vehicle and junk piled inside vehicle.
