Neighbor says torn bags of trash and meat laying in yard on north side of house -- bags have been there for couple of months. Tree down in front yard and thinks it will probably not be taken care of.

TALL GRASS, WEEPING WILOW TREE OVERGROWN IN TO THE SIDEWALK, THERE IS A LARGE HOLE BY THE SIDE WALK.
