Trash and litter all over the back yard at 3501 Windcrest including old furniture, washer, dryer, mowers, broken windows. Ms. Crewell noted that the inspector would need to go into her back yard in order to see the mess next door.
WANTS CHAIN LENGTH FENCE REPAIRED. WE HAD TAKEN THE FENCE DOWN TO REPAIR A MANHOLE.
