THANK YOU for keeping the path clear of leaves this fall. It has enhanced our walk each day. We also appreciate the two new "bridges" across the path where water used to stand. Very nice. I'm wondering if the southern most "bridge" will get a railing of some kind. It seems a little precarious for walkers who might lose their balance. Thanks for considering this safety feature.
I live in the Sunflower Condo Addition across from Summit Elementary. We have a problem with several maple trees by the street that the city owns, ours is one of the worse and another one on the southwest corner of Country Side and Sunflower. The leaves have big black and yellow spots and fall off. What can we or you can do? Thank you, Edda Callahan

We appear to have some bats roosting in the street tree just north of our condo. Judging by the amount of droppings on the sidewalk, there are several, and they occasionally sit in the wreath on our front door again, evidenced by droppings. We've tried various repellents, with no success. We have a number of kids who use the sidewalk on their way to school and I'm concerned about their possible exposure to the droppings. Thank you.

The same tree root issue is happening on the opposite side of our driveway as well. The roots from the tree are causing the sidewalk to raise becoming a trip and fall hazard. Additionally, the branches hang over the street directly above any vehicle that would park there in front of our house. The tree that is planted near our driveway has roots growing extremely close to the house, sewer, and ATT electrical boxes. We were planting plants today and noticed there is a large root next to out driveway and house. The roots have already caused the sidewalk to raise and crack and our driveway is already being lifted. More importantly, thick roots growing next to out house. We would like the current tree cut down to stop any further damage, especially to the structure of the house, driveway, and sewer. We are completely fine to have a different smaller tree planted in its place. Please advise as we recently had plumbing issues and wouldn't want this to get any worse. Overgrown tree is dangerously close to our house. Its root system is damaging our driveway, is intertwined with our electrical boxes, and have roots hitting our house. We are requesting the removal of the tree and roots and the replanting of a new one. Please advise as we want to ensure that the overgrowth doesn't overlap with the winter months.
