K-Mart East sidewalk on Clarizz Dr. is full of snow all the time. Complaintant has spoken with K-Mart who told her to call their corp. office in New York that it was up to them. She said this is a continual problem. Call complaintant with info.

MRS. POLK STATES THAT SHE HAS A PROBLEM BY THE SIDE OF HER DRIVEWAY AND MAILBOX. THE WATER RUNOFF POOLS AT THIS SPOT CAUSING A SMALL POND EFFECT. WHEN THE WATER WAS COLDER THIS AREA FROZE CAUSING A HAZARD.

MS. BRIDGES CALLED TO COMPLAIN THAT WHEN NEW WATER LINE WAS PUT IN TAPP RD. WAS TORN UP AND WAS ONLY PATCHED, NOT REPAVED. SHE CALLED UTILITIES AND WAS INFORMED THAT ROAD WOULD BE REPAVED BY CONTRACTOR IN DECEMBER. ROAD HAS NOT BEEN REPAVED AS OF TODAY.
