Dumpster in front of Leslie's is full & has been sitting there for a week that way. Complaintant said no one has been around there for a week but dumpster still there.
Garbage behind purple house near Elks Club is drawing rats.
Cars parking on the lawn.
Neighbor has buried his downspouts with ends coming out on her property causing her yard to be wet all the time. One in front & another in rear by fenceline. Didn't know if he is allowed to do this or not. (Wk ph good after 9/10/96)
Talbot's leaves their trash & boxes stacked up behind bldg. Wind blows trash into alley & all over the place. He has spoken w/mgr. of Talbot's but problem still exists. He would like Talbot's to get an enclosure of some type for their trash to prevent this from happening again & again.
RATS ON THIS PROPERTY ARE WITHIN 100 FEET OF FAIRVIEW SCHOOL. COMPLAINTANT SAID THERE ARE 15 - 20 BAGS OF TRASH THAT HAVE BEEN THERE SINCE JUNE. RENTAL PROPERTY OWNED BY KUNCHOK NORBU.
Trash all over the place again. Is blowing all over his yard. Also, junk bikes & assorted debris, roof falling down. He has registered many complaints & knows CE is addressing but problem reoccurs as soon as resolved. Gave complaintant owner & agent name & address info but he wanted to register this complaint also.
Complaintant said "corner of 5th and 6th" and mentioned Malibu Grill. Sofa sitting there for a week. Complaintant wants it removed by noon today or he will have the Sheriff remove it & he will not pay his taxes.
Two dumpsters in alley are overflowing. Also people are stacking trash on top of old shed that is burnt down. She spoke w/her apt. mgt. about dumpster & they said it would be taken care of - but it hasn't been yet.
