Trash on front porch again.
Trash on front porch again.
Many houses South of 202 S. Clark St. leave their trash out (apparently unstickered). Leave garbage cans out all week long. A few bags have been sitting out for an entire week and now dogs are getting in them.
Trash blowing from construction site onto my property. Evergreen trees planted next to my lot have fallen over onto my lot.

BASEMENT OF THE HOUSE IS FLOODING. COMPLAINANT SAYS THAT THIS JUST STARTED HAPPENING SINCE THE 8TH/ADAMS PROJECT.
Trash everywhere.
Parking on the lawn.
Trash not tagged, new tenants may not be aware of city trash pick-up.
Cars are parking on the road along Palmer causing traffic to drive in the yards to get by. Problem is apparently due to a lack in pavement width and snow piles.
The one-way alley east of the above address (currently one-way south) running from Washington to Lincoln needs to be one way the other direction or two way. People continually drive the wrong way down the alley.
