Called to report a rat infestation in Kensington/Hyde Park. She has 22 rat holes in her yard alone. Someone from MoCo Public Health came out recently, after Ms. Nephew called that department, and found rat holes on 8 properties across 3 streets, minimally. I suggestd that Ms. Nephew contact both Animal Control and HAND because there's an ongoing issue with her neighbor leaving out birdfeed, debris and composting materials that are likely feeding the rats. The lights on 4th St and college/walnut are very out of sync. Once I can go west through walnut towards college, the light is already changing. I feel like this whole area had just recently become like this. 3rd Street is really bad to, going east.

I'm at the north parking area for the Bloomington Rail Trail. It's my option that the regular parking spaces need to be marked in addition to the handicapped space. I know the lot is made of very nice brick and I hate to mark it up but people's parking is so haphazard without lines. Sometimes there is no parking without parking so close to someone that they can't get in or out of their car. Also the bushes need to be trimmed around the handicapped parking sign. It's there so it might as well be visible. Yes, I have seen cars parked there without handicapped tags. Thanks for your consideration, Steve

The sidewalks on the drive to the Women's Clinic have curbs rather than a curbcut. This means that a person who uses a power wheelchair can't get to the Clinic via her wheelchair.
