Huge pothole on 1st St about 100 yards west of the BLine trail behind Kroger. On the south side of the road, in front of the yellow apartment buildings. That whole block is riddled with pot holes, but this one is the biggest.
There is a really large & deep pothole in eastbound lane on First street between Rogers & B-Line. It is capable of doing serious damage to a vehicle.
I live down the street from a construction site which is consistently incredibly noisy very early in the morning. I have reported this construction site for noise violations before, and the problem was, for a time, resolved. However, the problem has started again as they are once again beginning work early in the morning (around 5 a.m.) which, I am aware, is well before the time they are supposed to start even staging for their operations. I am an IU grad student and I need to be able to rest. I am aware that my neighborhood is in a rather defunct part of town, but people still live here and need to be able to function as normal. Water pressure for the neighborhood is about 50% of normal. This includes all the houses on White Pine Dr and White Pine CT

At Moores Pike from the turn off to the AMC theater on up the hill, in front of Heritage Addition, Moores Pike is full of chug holes. It is really rough driving along that stretch of Moores Pike
