Dumpster everyday overflows with trash and has debris scattered around dumpster, including rotting food and hypodermic needles. Area requires being picked up daily. Monroe County Health informed caller that he needed to speak with HAND. If problem unresolved, caller will contact us again.
On Thursday 3/11, the homeowner's recycling bin blew over and trash fell out. The neighbor has left the trash in their driveway and yard since thursday. Much of it's now gone as it's blowing into other people's yards.

Just curious what the city's policy is regarding abandoned vehicles. This vehicle had been sitting in the front yard for over a year now and has not moved. There are small children living in the home and they use it as some sort of playground equipment. Myself, and other neighbors are tired of looking at it. Can anything be done to have them remove it? The trash collectors took only the top bag from our bin this morning, leaving the two below it. Can someone come by to pick these up?
