The citizen states that his neighbor puts her trash out at least 5-6 days in advance. Her trash pickup date is Wednesday but she has had it out since last Friday. He has called in before about this problem and it was taken care of. He did not know who he talked to before and I could not find anything in the system.

FORMERLY NICHOLSEN'S TRLR PARK NOW SOUTH ROGERS MOBILE HOME COMMUNITY. CALLER REPORTS THAT THE TRASH DUMPSTERS ARE NOT BEING PICKED AND THAT THERE ARE 2 REFRIGERATORS (WITH DOORS THAT COULD CLOSE ON A CHILD) AND TRASH HEAPED UP.
I ALSO RECEIVED A SECOND CALL ON THIS PROBLEM TODAY.
