Courtesy Pick up. Resident called in stating she was missed again. I asked her whether or not she had actually placed the items at the curb and she said yes. I advised that we would do a courtesy pick up this time but would not be able to do one again in the future. BP went out to pickup and miss out and stated that the yard waste was next to the resident's backdoor and nowhere near the curb.
