The left turn arrow does not activate for vehicles on north-bound Madison Street turning west onto 17th. I have experienced this issue for many months, and have witnessed others not activating the left turn arrow. Also, it appears that the light, itself, is twisted to slightly face south east, rather than due south. It might be a good idea to repaint the stop indicator lines, as well.

I'm writing to you on behalf of my daughter, Natalie. We lost our dog, Jazz, a few months ago, but thankfully found her after a week. Natalie is working on a community project for girl scouts that involves helping others keep their pets safe. Your page, http://bloomington.in.gov/animal-shelter/lost-pets, was a great help to her. Just wanted to say thanks!!
