Allison Oeding, the property owner of 4445 East Moores Pike called Wednesday, March 22nd around 3:40pm to complain about a reoccuring problem that she has been having over the past year. Her property is adjacent to the old water pump station. At this water pump station it seems as though people have been placing sticks and leaves along the side of it. On two seperate occasions during this last year, she has had to clean up this area because it has been attracting things such as wasp nests. Sue Hill complained that her neighbor at 911 W. 3rd street is using a publicly owned alley between their two properties for her own personal use. This apparently doesn't bother her, however, the neighbor has been putting things like yard trimmings on to Ms. Hill's property without permission

There is a growing pile of garbage behind and alongside the house at 501 S. Mitchell. This adjoins a walkway that links two parts of Hunter Ave and it’s just above a waterway that feeds into the Jordan River. As a neighbor I’m concerned about rats and other sanitary issues likely to ensue.

trash problem at 3095 s walnut st pike bloomington. This summer-vacated rental property has approx 70-80 bags of trash and old furniture left in yard and **piled up behind garage** along our property line #3051. Wild animals are foraging and dragging this smelly trash across our yard. Property manager Pendragon Properties refuses to respond to email or vmail complaints over last month. Can city please inspect and address? ok to enter and view from our yard/fenceline at 3051 s walnut st pike. This is a sanitation hazard and general delapidation may encourage crime. Thank you.

I have received an email from the resident at this address. We have went back and forth with numerous emails now so Shelby asked me to assign this to you. This resident uses another trash hauler and is now moving and is wanting to put out a couch, love seat, recliner and dresser for us to pick up. Per Shelby Walker, we will not pick up. I have stopped answering her emails as they are becoming argumentative. Just wanted to let someone in HAND know what is going on.
