No permit to remodel upstairs bathroom into two bathrooms. Moved kitchen sink from north wall to east wall to do the remodel job. Electrical & plumbing work done without a permit. 13 yr. old boy working there too.

Car parked in lot in ADA space without ADA parking plates or placard.
Tenants in this apartment appear to have multiple dogs (4 from what we have heard) that are left out on their back deck for long periods of time and bark enough to disturb the neighbors. The number of dogs is in violation of our pet policy, but my main concern is the health and well being of the animals.
Missed pick-up/yard waste: He has about 3 cans of yardwaste out - it was not picked up last week either.
