has private hauler, i am sending letter. trash did not get picked up by private hauler last week and has been setting out since last Thursday (private hauler pick up day)and it is scattered around area and neighbor phoned in to complain.
Caller states that the area north of this address is over grown with weeds. Also has scattered litter and the trees that were planted by the city are dead.

Jackson Creek Kroger Store has a dumpster that is overflowing with trash and the smell is very bad. The dumpster is located behind the building near the receiving dock.
