Resident reports bus stop at 3rd and Patterson contains empty whiskey bottles, trash and human waste. Reported calling Transit yesterday and being sent to voicemail with no response.
Patterson Drive, especially at the Intersection with W Third Street/Isaac Drive, is covered with snow and there is zero visibility of the road lines or even where curbs are. I have watched cars slide due to lack of salt on the roads and I have watched cars run over curbs and unintentionally drive on the sidewalk because you can’t see where the road is especially at night. My car shown in the image was parked along Patterson (public Bloomington parking zone, not private lot) before the snow came, so that can be used as a reference for where the road is. If snow will continue to heavily fall, making plowing difficult, could reflective traffic cones be placed to outline where the curbs are for drivers to see even when snow is covering the roads? This intersection proves to be a relatively common spot for accidents even in daylight during the Summer, so I am especially worried for the winter months. The driving path to get from the intersection into the gas station also is in poor condition, but that may be private property (meaning, it is the responsibility of the gas station to clear the snow). Hello, I am contacting you guys because I would like to request a health inspection at my apartment complex The Quarters Bloomington located at 1521 Isaac Dr, Bloomington, IN 47403. They have had mold grow all on the sides of 2 parking garages and it has been like that for over 2 months. The mold seems to be spreading more. They have severe water damage that doesn’t seem to be taken care of. I had a mold issue in my apartment that they didn’t prioritize which left me to clean it myself. Other residents have also had mold on their balcony door and bathroom ceiling which was like that when they moved in. The vents seem to be leaking water and it doesn’t seem like it’s an issue they are eager to fix. I am hoping that you guys are able to do a health inspection because I find myself constantly having sinus issues since moving there. Thank you!

Scott called to complain about the standing water in his back yard due to runoff from all the surrounding neighbors yards. He cannot get grass to grow, water ponds, etc. He did say Gary Campbell has been out to look at this problem and he wished to make a formal complaint.
