Our land lord is responsible for the snow removal, He claims the city changed the requirement and snow removal is no longer required. This is at 207 S Rogers Street, is this true? If so is the city now liable if someone falls and gets injured? He claims all that they have to do is scrape a foot path somewhere on the property a shovel width.

903 S.Maxwell Terrace #B. Ongoing mold issue since September 2015. The leasing company is not properly addressing the root problem. Tenants have been living in mold infested apartments since September. Refusing to get PROFESSIONAL mold inspector to clear and certify safety of the apartment/ building. They are irresponsible.
