This is my 3rd complaint about dogs barking and howling during the day and at night. I have received answers from Animal Control that the owners promised to get park colors. Either they are not working or it did not happen. We need our sleep at night, and we want to enjoy our yard during the day. One of our neighbors has recordings and has also filed multiple complaints. We would really like your help, again. And please do not placate us again that you have talked to the owners. They seem reticent to input. All of us look forward to a permanent solution. This streetlight is cycling on and off at a slow rate instead of staying on constantly.

My wife is disabled and I travel (overnight) during the week. She has muscular dystrophy and is unable to handle the carts. We are on an alley and have a gated section of our privacy fence for trash cans that is right on the alley. Would it be possible for the workers to place the carts back in the gated area for the trash cans so they are not out in the open weekdays?
