Courtesy Pick up. Shelby picked up on September 13 and Resident called again Thursday Sept 16 said we did not get her yard waste 3 times in a row. Shelby called her and told her he personally picked up the week of Sept 13th. He sent Roy out again Sat, Sept 18 and he got it picked up.
Not out by 5:00 AM. crew was by there @ 6:20 AM; there was nothing out. no courtesy pick up
Pardon my candor, but Bloomington utilities is a joke. They are obviously very understaffed. The phone recording has been the same since before Christmas. They are constantly missing recycling pickups. This office needs a major overhaul. We pay more than enough taxes to cover this basic utilities service.
