My neighbors have a large designated parking area behind their house but continue to just park in the yard as opposed to using it. Not a huge deal but it’s a well used alley and they are killing the grass and it will be a mud pit sooner or later. Plus it’s just annoying since they have a large parking area ten feet away.

Ms. Sexton called because she is having a rat infestation from overflowing trash from the Elkins Apt. next door to her house. She said the trash problem is particularly bad after the weekends.
The storm drain continues to stay clogged at 16th and Jackson. We have cleaned it 4 times this year. It. Is a drainage design flaw. Everything washes out and gets clogged .
