The building directly north of the Herald-Times building has a lot of trash on the south side of the building. Also old mattresses, abandoned vehicle, an RV with possibly two people living in it. Staff from the Herald-Times have chased rats back onto this property (through the fence). Problem is getting progressivly worse.

This individual continues to place his Company signs on and round our Hawthorne I subdivision.(Hawthorne Hills) I would ask the City to become involved and request these be removed immediately.
