Courtesy Pick up. Resident at above address states that her yard waste was not picked up on 4-11-2011. Roy picked yard waste up today for resident and also for resident's neighbors on cul de sac.
resident called in saying his recycle day was Wed. I looked it up in GIS, it is Mon, he argued and I talked with Shelby about this. this address is a dividing line between Mon and Wed, but I explained this to him and he was ok. I also explained that if he puts recycle out on Wed and we don't pick it up don't call in saying we missed his pick up.
resident had question about weather his day is Monday or Wednesday. His house is in between the Mon and Wed pick up days. GIS clearly says Monday A I explained this to him and he was ok with this. I told him to put at end of his driveway because his curb is questionable. I also talked with 947 aand Shelby about this.
