Leaves trash can out all the time. Person has made another pile of brush & limbs after Street Dept. was there last week to pick up debris.

also the NW corner of Park and 2nd. Trash and paper all over the yard. There are many neighbors in this area who try very hard to keep their houses and yards nice and then to have these eye sores is just TOOOOOOOO much.
APT.S @ 820 E. Hillside allow parking in the ROW. This is causing a line of sight problem. It is dangerous to pull out. Also, there is a drainage problem on the far west side of this property. Water runs right down the hill to my yard.

tenant in unit 5 has papers, boxes and tons of combustibles all over the apartment very dangerous.
340 & 344 & 346 S. Buckner have trash. All kinds of junk everywhere a/c, frig.
weeds, trash, Animal control says it is so bad that rats are now there. They will deal with the cats and dogs but want assistance with the trash, weeds and abandoned vechicles
