947--Recyclable items not properly sorted. Resident left a voicemail on Sanitation line stating that we needed to come pick up his recycling or else. I attempted to call resident (no name left, just a number of 332-3564) on three occassions without an answer or an option for voicemail.

Resident called in stating that we tagged a container of overweight recycling as overweight trash but left her actual trash behind (noted there was no sticker on the recycling can but there was a sticker on the trash can). Heath Whaley went out to pickup and the trash sticker was gone (he stated they had picked their trash up from the can that morning and removed the sticker). The resident came out and said the sticker must have been stolen and placed a new sticker on it. Heath noted that the trash can was half full of wet newspapers (likely from the other can) and that the can was overweight also. He went ahead and picked it up but informed resident that they would not be picking up overweight trash again.
**This will be only courtesy pickup for resident. No additional pickups.
