At the corner of 9th street and Park there is piles of gabage on the sidewalk. There is also all kinds of junk piled up around and on vehicles on 10th St. just north of the park. Some of those vehicles may be abandoned. There is one house that has trash and junk everywhere on 10th st. this area look like trash We received an e-mail from their neighbor.

The dumpster behind the Japanese Restaurant at 8th & Walnut Street is overflowing. This has been going on for 3 weeks. Trash is blowing everywhere and there are dead rats laying around.
