Just a question regarding the signal at 10th and the Bypass, specifically when a train is passing, just south of the intersection: why is eastbound traffic not given a green light? It makes sense that southbound traffic at that intersection shouldn't get a green light until the train has passed, but I'm uncertain why traffic on 10th, heading straight east, is held up when there's a train. Constant problem, doesn't pick up trash, blows into neighbors' yards. Nothing ever done about it.
