It was a rental and the tenants never put the service in there name. She says she never received a bill for this and was unaware of any balance until it showed up on her statement due January 24th 2003.

THIS REPORT CAME THRU OMBUDSMAN: WHILE WALKING DOG, DOG WENT INTO THE GULLY NEXT TO THE BANK BETWEEN SARAGA ORIENTAL MARKET AND COLLEGE MALL ROAD AND GOT INTO SOME FISH PARTS THAT ARE DUMPED IN THE GULLY. SUSPECTS SARAGA IS DUMPING. WOULD LIKE THIS INVESTIGATED AND SARAGA INFORMED NOT TO DUMP, IF THEY ARE DOING THIS.
