Mr. Fratianni states that he has complained numerous time about the tenants at this address not putting out the trash. There are 10 to 15 bags of trash piled up againist the back door of this house. So much junk on the front porch the mailman couldn't get to the mailbox; trash and junk in the front and back yard; resident keeps a utility trailer parked on the street in front of possibly 501 E University; instead of in front of his own home.
