Fred Cate sent e-mail objecting to the adjustment in rate for irrigation water. Mr. Cate does not feel the amount of adjustment is justified.
Residents leaving recycling out; chairs and stuff all over the yard; parks on the lawn.
Dumpster always overflowing on the south side of the building. Only 3 sides enclosed on the dumpster allowing trash to blow onto the yard at 610 S. Grant St. Mr. Hollars mowes the lawn at 610 S. Grant and is tired of always picking up the trash.

ADVSD THAT THE ALLEY ACROSS FROM FAIRVIEW SCHOOL ON JACKSON HAS BUSHES AND WEEDS GROWING HALFWAY INTO THE ALLEY. THEY SCRATCH VEHICLES AND HINDER PASSAGE AND VIEW.
WEEDS ARE GROWING BEHIND COLLEGE MALL APTS - WHERE THERE IS A FOOT PATH.

There is trash and brush piled in the yard. There is also several old cars parked in the front and back of the trailer.
The back yards at 706, 708 and 712 N Washington are overgrown and has debris in the alley. The alley is between 11th and Cottage Grove; between Washington and Lincoln.
