Ms. Abram of B&L Rentals LLC stated she would like to request a review of cost for application for sewer at 2411 S. Milton Drive. She said she was told by Rebecca Lambert this was not part of neighborhood development and then was informed by Byron Reinhold in early 10/02 this was indeed part of neighborhood development and that hook-on fee was $3,336.73 not including the base fee of $1,280.00. Standard fee of $1,280.00 was paid on 9/6/02.
Residents throwing bags of trash in the back yard.
Terry Elkins has 9 units in the complex and no dumpsters; approx. 10 trash cans with no lids in a fenced in area attracting rats and other animals.
The grass in the back yard has not been cut all year. The grass in the front yard has only been cut 1-2 times this year. There is an old junk car full of brush beside the house.
The sidewalk in front of St. Charles Church always has debris such as dirt, and broken glass. They never clear the sidewalk during the winters. She also complained about a dead bird on the sidewalk. Engineering already has removed it. Please contact Ms. Meserve.
Mr. Chandler reported to the Mayor's Office that the Bloomington Housing Authority has two dumpsters. The residents don't get the trash in the dumpster, and the company who empties the dumpster also leaves a mess of trash, which blows into the neighbors yards. He also said that the containment area for the dumpster only has three sides; nothing in the front. Says that he has notified BHA of the situation many times, but problem still continues.
Apartment building at the corner of 7th and Lincoln has a dumpster in the street (north of the intersection) where cars should be able to park. The port-a-pot is also still there and she is tired of looking at the dumpster and the pot.
WATER COMMING UP OUT OF THE ROAD
Ms. Waitman called Cust. Rel. and stated that her water had a bleach smell. She is at Summit Point and has tried calling Summit Point with no success. She would like a call back from someone at CBU to explain.
