There is trash against where the fence used to be. The neighbor has been stackin trash against the fence for years. Also, check the pipe that distributes water onto the neighbor's property. Please call Mr. Counsilman with the status.

At 7:26 am on 11/31/2023, a motorist in a dark BMW nearly ran me over as I was crossing the street. The vehicle was traveling about 50 MPH based on my calculation (speed=distance/time.) This is not the first near miss that I have had crossing the street or backing out of my driveway. I have sent in requests for a speed hump as motorist travel north and south between 3rd and 5th much faster than 25 MPH. I have not heard back from anyone. Please let me know that you have at least seen this uReport ticket. I tried to submit this report in the "Close Call" section more than once and it does not work.
