Hi! This protrusion of stair rail is sharp and safety hazard for pedestrians crossing on sidewalk. This is in front of urban Urban Outfitters in Kirkwood Avenue.

The front lawn at the city sidewalks is needing the shrubs cut down off the walks and the west side of house and yard needs junk hauled off.
Yard is so over grown that you can't see the house number.
Grass growing in sidewalk & bushes growing over sidewalk. Walkers must go into street to get around.
