Light 15 in Sherwood Oaks II (Lindas Way) appears to have a malfunctioning ballast. It is off much of the time but will flicker to life for a minute or two.

Trucks are using their engine brakes on the bypass/College Mall Rd. It's very loud. I can hear them inside my house. Perhaps the police department could help restrict the use of engine brakes in this residential area.

There is a dead groundhog on N Williams. It's just off the side of the road, but it's a block without sidewalks and it's popular route for dog walkers and kids on the way to the park! It's on the west side of the street along side a white house with green trim address 900 W. 8th. Thank you!
