The last street light that is on the corner of S. Madison and W. 3rd St. in-front of Madison Apartments is flashing during the day and especially at night. It is very bright and shines directly into my window when I am sleeping. It has become a nuisance.

multiple areas of sidewalk heaving on 4th St side of Vectren. 2 are attached in photos. Since this is a heavily walked area, and you had already shaved multiple spots, I thought it needed attention

Traffic Related Complaints

I own the law firm at the corner of 4th St. and Walnut Street. My parking lot access is from the alley on 4th street. The city allows street parking on 4th street up to the entrance of the alleyway. When pulling out of the alley, it makes it impossible to see if traffic is heading east on 4th street when there are cars parked in the spots next to the alley. A space or two needs to be removed so that people can safely pull out of the alley to turn left without getting hit by oncoming traffic.

Resident called in stating that we tagged a container of overweight recycling as overweight trash but left her actual trash behind (noted there was no sticker on the recycling can but there was a sticker on the trash can). Heath Whaley went out to pickup and the trash sticker was gone (he stated they had picked their trash up from the can that morning and removed the sticker). The resident came out and said the sticker must have been stolen and placed a new sticker on it. Heath noted that the trash can was half full of wet newspapers (likely from the other can) and that the can was overweight also. He went ahead and picked it up but informed resident that they would not be picking up overweight trash again.
**This will be only courtesy pickup for resident. No additional pickups.
