Mr. Nelson says ROW along Headley and Hinkle Roads up to Griffy Lake needs grass, shrubs mowed and cut. Claims the County used to take care of this and now that its all in the City, we should take care of it.

Says the berm just south of Rockport Hills subdivision sign on west side of Rockport Road is not being maintained. Thinks this is the City's to take care of for grass, weeds.

Observed resident from 414 E. Cottage Grove Ave Apt Rear - putting trash in Hallmark's dumpster at 409 E. 10th St. Wants them cited. Brenda would like someone to call her to advise what was done w/complaint.
People are using their dumpster. Names found are: Craig Conner 1504 Arlington Rd. and Kristopher Roberson 1504 Arlington Rd. and ??? Fields 1600 N. Willis Dr. L 111. City Police Dept referred him to CE.
