Police Dept. called spoke w/ Susie Re: Illegal Dumping in dumpster located at 1130 W. Kirkwood, this has beening going on for several months. The peole dumping in her dumpster are Darel and Loretta Ruble who live at 1208 1/2 W. Kirkwood Ave. 47404. She has proof that they are the people dumping.
