Have not cut grass all year
Residents at Stonebelt Group Home sit trash out too soon for pickup, so trash gets scattered into neighbors yards.
STORM SEWER DRAIN NEEDS CLEANED OUT
Storm grates are off and laying in the yard.
The tenants at the above property refuse to put their trash out. They are putting it outside the door and leaving it. The landlord has talked to them about putting their trash out and explained where to get the stickers. Please call Mr. Thomas with any updates.
There are always cars parked in the yard. The property looks like a used car lot.
Hyundai with Indiana plate CF2872 parking on the lawn.
Commercial building with multiple businesses; Shanti Indian Cuisine dumping trash on top of the empty dumpster. The trash bag broke and now food lying all around the dumpster; causing foul smell. Ms. Eads also contacted the Health Dept.
This complaint is in lieu of a letter that Mr. Brostoff was to submit to the Traffic Commission requesting that the existing loading zone sign in front of 1200 N. College be removed and the parking revert back to 2 hour. Brostoff moved his business to this address within the last few months. There was an existing loading zone sign in front of his business. He does not need this loading zone and would like to have the parking space for customers.
Residents not mowing the grass especially in the back.
