Garbage stacked in front of bungalow at or close to 1216 or 1218 S. Stull. Has been there over a week & has no stickers so has not been picked up. Stinks & is drawing flies. PLEASE NOTE CORRECT ADDRESS.
Shrubs stick out so far into sidewalk that it forces someone walking to walk in the street on a busy street. Children use this sidewalk - close to schools.
Also, 1117 S. Rogers St, 1121 S. Rogers St., 1128 S. Madison St. - trash & garbage left out all the time, not tagged. (1121 is a rental, owner is - Butch Harris)
Vacant house with trash & yard waste.
Has lived there 1 1/1 mos. Neighbors have trash all over yard. Can't even tell there is a yard. Has complained before (see C2206 & C1403) House appears to be mostly vacant - can't tell if anyone lives there.
SE corner of Dodds & Morton - weeds are obstructing vision.
Tree hangs over the wall & blocks the alley @ 1st alley west of Morton on Dodds. On the west side of the PHN bldg. Not sure 315 is correct address.
Trash cans are not being taken in. People walking by use trash cans. Complaintant has contacted owner but nothing gets done about it. She is extremely upset about this & tired of looking at their trash cans all the time. Wondered if this apt. bldg. should have a dumpster.
Empty house being used for storage. Grass mowed maybe once this summer, 5 or 6 junk cars, trash & junk laying all over the place. Complaintant owns most of the property around here including apts - difficult to rent apts with 1213 looking so bad.
This is a vacant lot that is overgrown w/trash, old tires, rats, and there are small children playing there.
