Bob reports that residents have raked a large amount of leaves into the street after the leaf collection crews came through. Leaves are posing a safety hazard and will be pushed all over if it snows and we have to plow.
Residents leaving trash cans on the sidewalk all the time. Ms. Craig is unsure who the trash cans belong to; possibly 1017 E. 1st St. or 1015 E. 1st St., which is a rental property (unregistered).
There is a very large trash dumpster on Rogers & 1st St. (across from the hospital administration building). The dumpster takes up too much room on the street making it hard for motorist to drive around it and see.
There is a house which is located on S. Fess (2nd house off Grimes Lane; or 2 houses north of 1220 S. Stull) which has two old pickup trucks without doors, and an old hauling trailer in the back yard. This junk has been there at least 6 months, and the resident keeps adding items of junk.
Garbage piled up on east side of house. SHe requests that tenants store trash at rear of house so she doesn't have to look at it. Trash has also drawn rats. Owner: David Kamen.
Trash stacked up by garage. Many bags left there for weeks before taken out. Dogs get into bags & trash gets scattered all over other yards. Concerned about rats being attracted to this.
400 block of S. Grant - east side of street. Sidewalk overgrown & cannot walk down, must walk in street. PLEASE NOTE CORRECT ADDRESS & UPDATE DATABASE.
Trash.
Junk cars sitting in back yard. Junk all along the driveway. Looks like a continual garage sale.
