We have an alley that goes by our house that is used by not only us but other city residents too. The snow is so high that no cars can safely drive down it, and we cannot get our cars out. We think this needs to be plowed.

Significant snow accumulation ~13” making driving impossible. Several Elderly residents may be negatively impacted due to health concerns if roads not cleared.
The access to the street is blocked off no one has come to plow the city parking lot so we are all snowed in I can not get out the snow is a foot high and I keep getting stuck please send the plows and salt trucks ASAP
Please plow the alley running north to south in between College and Walnut and 11th and 10th street. Cars are blocked in and will be unable to report to work, school, or leave to get basic essentials.
Trashcans left next to street last week and a half.
Trash receptacles left street side the last two weeks.
Management or maintenance has not plowed the parking space to ensure residents are able to parking in spaces with some snow being up over car hoods. If we are able to leave and someone parks in the space we left and we come back there is nowhere to park because snow isn't being removed from the spaces to park in and people are getting stuck. When saying something to the maintenance man he replies with foul language and an attitude.
Snow from early Sunday morning has not been removed and it is now Tuesday. Elkins owns the properties here. I believe they own 212, 210, 214, and 216. Always very slow to shovel or don’t at all. There has been no shoveling with this snowfall. You can’t see the sidewalks at all.
Sidewalks in the creastmont complex have not been cleared, nor are they attempting yo clear them.
