Our recycling bin was only half emptied this morning. It seems to be a regular problem for us, but there doesn't seem to be anything stuck that would be blocking it from being emptied. Will you please send a truck to empty our recycling bin? Thank you!

Dear Sir or Madam, We are struggling with our recycling bin regularly not emptying fully. It is only half empty today. We are not smashing our recycling down, all boxes are flat. I am not sure what is preventing it from emptying fully.
