Caller to HAND reporting that there is trash and other items in the yard and front driveway. Appears that tenants have moved out and left in this condition. Caller is concerned about rodents, raccoons, etc.

Please make sure whatever scooter ordinance is passed is enforced by city staff, not the companies. Improperly parked scooters need to be impounded. IU is doing a MUCH better job than the city making sure these things don't do damage. Follow the rules, great. If not, lock them up promptly.
