Exceeds weight Limit of 40 pounds.
trash receptacle wall, trash not put away, receptacles out beyond wall, trash out on sidewalk
Complaintant does not want VH1 taken off of the air.
trash in the form of cans, bottles, fast food containers, etc is accumulating around 223 n Morton st. There are a lot of cans and bottles on top of the red canopy that shelters a bike rack and also a lot of trash around the canopy and infant of the townhomes at 223 n Morton st.
There is still trash all over the street and frontage of 223 N Morton St. Residents of the building continually throw trash (beer cans/bottles, liquor bottles and fast food containers) along the sidewalk and on top of the red canopy over the big rack in front of unit 208. There are cans and bottles on top of the structure that blow off onto cars and into the street causing a hazard to pedestrians and motorists. There are smashed bottles/ broken glass all near the alleyway. This is unacceptable and must be dealt with. The city has been notified multiple times.
Over the past several weeks (months?), it seems that more often than not the access control arms to the Morton St. parking garage have been open allowing free parking. This is great for those who don't have a permit, but it feels a little unfair to those of us who have a permit and continue to pay for parking. What's going on, how much longer is this anticipated to continue, and is there any recourse for permit holders? Thanks!
Accummulation of trash along the south side of the building.
There is trash in the back by the garage. & the garage needs painted. The deck is a potential code violation. Maybe a setback. (please update Tim Mayer ASAP with results of inspection)
