Mr. Nelson says ROW along Headley and Hinkle Roads up to Griffy Lake needs grass, shrubs mowed and cut. Claims the County used to take care of this and now that its all in the City, we should take care of it.

Citizen says there is a utility cut right where Headley road curves around in front of Headley School (where Matlock becomes Headley). Says its been there for about a month and needs to be filled in. Believes it was City Utilities working there but not sure.
