The alley way is downhill and the surface cover is gravel. Whenever it rains, the gravel gets washed down to S Madison Street, creating hazardous conditions especially for cyclists. The alley way needs to be properly paved. Gravel is not a solution.
TRASH AT THE STREET
Neighbors on south side of 1104 have piled up trash on back porch. This is causing a rat infestation. The house south of 1106 also has trash and a matress piled up in yard.
